Hi there! My name is Colette Hannahan and I'm a painter from St. Paul, Minnesota, now living in San Francisco.

 

I paint skyscapes of  

 the places I travel to and the neighborhoods I live in to toast the majesty and wonder of the

natural world.

Over the past 21 years, I’ve lived in eight San Francisco neighborhoods. Now in The Outer Richmond, I’ve been painting the views from my walks around Sutro Park, Lands End, Golden Gate Park, The Sunset,

and Ocean Beach.

 

I've been trying to capture the way the light changes the colors of the fog and clouds moving through the neighborhood during the day and the wallop of awe I feel. ​
